For all Hand Treatment services booked online clients would be charged full service price at the moment of booking. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free with a full refund if done 24hrs before the scheduled time. However there will be a $25 fee deducted from the refund in case of no-show or late cancellation/rescheduling. If your late for the time of your appointment please let us know in advance to cancel or reschedule depending on the timing, for any late arrivals the time will be deducted from the tome reserved for the service. As you know once an appointment is booked that time is reserved for that service not just holding other clients from choosing the selected time but also holding the staff from continuing with their duties.
